Taj Hari Mahal, Jodhpur

Each bite reflected depth, balance, and an intimate understanding of Rajasthani terroir.The Laal Maas and Murgh Mathania were outstanding’bold, robust, and unapologetically authentic’yet impeccably balanced, showcasing fire without ferocity and richness without excess. These dishes stood tall as proud ambassadors of Rajasthan’s regal kitchen.Chef Mohar Singh, you truly possess magic in your hands. Your food speaks a language of legacy, passion, and quiet brilliance’an art form that lingers long after the meal is over.

We stayed here with and had 2 luxury rooms with pool view. The service at this hotel is beyond amazing. All the way from the check-in process to the hotel and house keeping. We landed early and arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am, the hotel was able to check us in early. There are 2 restaurants on site and both serving a variety of food options.Housekeeping took care of all our additional needs.They have evening shows to keep the guests entertained and restaurants are open till late as well.Overall the hotel is amazing, quiet (which gives a peaceful feeling). Definitely worth the price and will recommend. Would love to visit again.

Wonderful staff and very helpful

My experience was not that great in the hotel in terms of hospitality. Whether its lobby entrance, reception, room service, spa service or few restuarant staff. I find the staff were picking the guests for whom they wanted to provide service and not all guests were same for them. I was travelling with baby and in my 3-4 days stay I have requested everyday to multiple staff and even on main desk to not ring the bell of my room (obviously I put DND on door) still everybody is ringing the doorbell. Few of the staff I find not very kind if seeing the mother with a small baby and in other terms as well. My priority was there to take a relaxing massage but they were not having any female staff for the same during my entire stay and main problem was they did not informed us while we were enquiring on the call after checking and upon reaching there they are not accepting the mistake. There are many other things and cant be written here.There were very few staffs who were very kind and courteous but those were very few.I am giving 3-Star for those staff only.While taking the feedback also during checkout, I did not find any effort to understand the problem from the manager and they were really going to do something for that.I had stay in Taj Deccan, Hyderabad and I was very much impressed with their hospitality and hence chose Taj in Jodhpur as well which I am kind of regretting now.I would suggest them to be more kind and soft if seeing the mother with little baby and be more courteous.
