The service was very poor, and the security guard was quite annoying. There was also a lack of adequate parking space.

Terrible experience. The morning receptionist was very rude and showed no hospitality. Really bad experience.

Very disappointing experience. I contacted this hotel to book a room for a family function, but I was told that rooms are not provided to local residents. I have never heard of such a policy before. If this is really the hotel’s service policy, it is extremely disappointing and unfair. Very poor customer service and a completely frustrating experience. Definitely not recommended.

Very disappointing stay ’ poor room condition and serviceThe hotel does not clearly describe the non-AC rooms when making an enquiry. The non-AC room we were given had marble flooring that was dusty and dirty, with no tiles, and looked more like a hostel room than a proper hotel room. When we asked about this, the staff told us that only the AC rooms have tiled flooring.We then moved to an AC room, but the room had not been properly cleaned. It appeared to have been left in the condition of the previous guest, and the used blanket was still in the room. We informed the staff twice and asked them to replace it.The heater was also not working. When we complained, we were told that it would work in the morning. We repeatedly explained that we had to leave early the next morning, but the staff did not provide a proper solution. Only after asking again were we told that another room would be provided. However, we were made to wait for more than two hours for the room.The location is also quite far from the main area, requiring travel through the local city. There is another route available, but Google Maps does not show it, which makes reaching the hotel more difficult.Overall, the room cleanliness, service, maintenance, communication, and location were very disappointing. The hotel needs significant improvement in housekeeping and customer service, and the room details should be clearly mentioned before guests book.

The rooms are large and the hotel is situated in the heart of the city. It is very close to the Big Temple and Palace, as well as near the Old Bus Stand. There is ample parking available. This is a good hotel to stay at with reasonable prices and excellent room service.
