Visited Ayodhya on my birthday this year, it was a very comfortable stay in this hotel, only drawback is it's distance from the main city locations... Almost everything that you will wish to visit be atleast 4 kms away

We had the dubious pleasure of staying here for one night (March 20 to 21), and what an unforgettable experience it was, for all the wrong reasons.The adventure began at check-in when I requested an extra bed. The hotel graciously sent one up, along with the expectation that I would personally assist in rearranging the room and help the staff set it up. Nothing says premium hospitality like DIY furniture assembly after a long journey.Requests for basic items like an extra cup and towels turned into a scavenger hunt. What arrived was incomplete, and what did arrive looked like it had survived several previous lifetimes. The towels were frayed, the bedsheets tired and suspiciously unclean, and the room came with a complimentary layer of dust. When I asked for it to be cleaned, it was done with the kind of enthusiasm usually reserved for tax audits.The next morning, a call to housekeeping for tea supplies was met with a curt "Ji?", a response that perfectly encapsulates the hotel’s approach to service, minimal, reluctant, and vaguely annoyed at your existence.For a property charging 7,500 to 9,000 a night, this place aspires to be a hotel but comfortably operates at the level of a weary roadside lodge. Calling it a 4 star property is generous. Calling it even a 1 star would be ambitious.Breakfast was predictably underwhelming, though dinner managed to be merely "okay", perhaps the only neutral note in an otherwise disappointing stay.It is quite clear that Ayodhya’s demand supply dynamics have worked wonders for pricing, but unfortunately not for training staff, maintaining hygiene, or delivering even the most basic level of courtesy. Guests, it seems, are expected to adjust. Extensively.
