They told parking , the parking is not available. Parking available on road with our gurantee. Mandir distance shown wrong according to hotel 850 m but actual it is 2.2 km. No shampoo or shower gel is available. Rooms are not as per there size shown in the sight. No facility provide. My car was accident by someone and they are not even bother evenif the incident happen infront of them. They are not providing culprit’s CCTV recording so we can find the man behind that incident.

After booking and confirming the room with advance payment at reception, no one responds to you. If you ask for drinking water, towels, or toilet hand wash, the response is very slow or sometimes none at all. When I requested hot water for taking medicine from the service boy, he said they don't have that facility, although I saw it in the pantry area. The room cleanliness is okay, but the toilet hygiene is poor.
