VITS Devbhumi - Dwarka

We had a great experience staying with the Vits devbhumi. The room we booked was comfortable and spacious. We particularly liked their in house restaurant. Their food was really good and their service was very prompt. Rajneesh and sundar were really helpful. We had a wonderful stay in Vits, I would it recommend to other people as well.

Very disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.Our stay at VITS Devbhumi was extremely unsatisfactory. The overall service level was poor, and the staff showed a complete lack of responsiveness and hospitality. Basic service expectations were not met.The food was another major letdown’there was absolutely no taste, and the quality was far below acceptable standards.Most concerning was the hygiene issue. We encountered bedbugs, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to cater to families.Overall, this hotel is not at all recommended for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and safe stay. The experience did not justify the cost or the brand name.

Me and my wife stayed at Vits Debhhumi in Dwarala for 3 nights from 14 Jan to 17 Han2026.Rooms were spacious, neat, clean and comfortable. Hotel is about 10min walking from Dwarkadhish Temple. Conveniently located on main road.Food was good but the restaurant chairs were dirty. Breakfast spread was satisfactory but can be better.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 1-kilometre walk from the renowned Dwarkadish temple, making it an ideal choice for visitors looking to explore this significant religious site. The rooms at the hotel are spacious, providing ample comfort and room for guests to relax during their stay. However, there is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the washrooms. They lack proper ventilation, which has resulted in dampness and a noticeable mouldy smell. In fact, the presence of moulds is quite evident in the bathroom, as can be seen in the attached pictures. On a positive note, the hotel features a restaurant named Kamat, where guests can enjoy good quality food. The service at the restaurant is also commendable, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all patrons.

The hospitality stood out ’ the staff were courteous, helpful, and consistently attentive, which made the experience comfortable from check-in to check-out. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and organised, and the general ambience reflects the standards expected of a well-known hotel in a popular destination like Dwarka.That said, while most aspects were handled well, there is still room for improvement in the finer details. Some areas felt slightly under-polished, particularly when compared to the reputation and visibility the hotel enjoys. These are not major shortcomings, but small refinements could significantly elevate the overall experience.The restaurant experience, in particular, was mixed. Although it is a famous outing and draws a lot of attention, the food did not fully live up to expectations. The South Indian dishes, which one would expect to be a strong offering, were average at best and lacked authenticity and depth of flavour. With better consistency and attention to taste, the dining experience could match the quality of the service and the hotel itself.Overall, it is a good place to stay with excellent hospitality and a solid foundation. With some improvements in detail and food quality, it could easily become an even stronger option for travellers visiting Dwarka.
