Hotel Lakshmi Residency

No basic amenities provided, no ventilation in the room, no TV, and after repeatedly asking for the Wi-Fi password, I was always given the wrong credentials. The staff was rude and impolite; I don't know if he was the manager or receptionist, but he lacked communication skills and proper behavior. The area beside the building was very noisy from the window. There was no mosquito mesh on the window and no ventilation anywhere in the room. I felt suffocated, had a headache, and couldn't sleep all night. I was just waiting to check out as soon as possible, eager for the night to end and to leave the hotel in the morning. Very bad experience. They refill branded water bottles locally. The location is also not convenient, with no nearby food restaurants or basic shops. Overall, the worst experience. I sincerely advise not to waste your money here.

The hotel is about 1 to 1.5 km from Vishakapatnam railway station, and the room is roomy. However, there is no geyser because it uses a solar system, which is an issue. Apart from that, everything is good, though I feel the prices are somewhat high.

I strongly advise not to book a room here. Hospitality is worst. The receptionist (old man) talks as if he is giving you the room for free. There are bed bugs and when the building geyser is switched on, you get electric shock when you touch the bathroom taps. The rooms smell filthy and there is no proper room service. Stay away !!
