Hotel said they got booking from make my trip not this platform and asked to extra money saying I have not booked for kids. Later when I argued some one from management allowed us to the room. It was quite humiliating to have such experience.
Room looks good but bedsheets were dirty. Washroom was slippery. Not satisfied with extra bed arrangement. Dressing table light was not working. Overall experience was not good this time. Not worth the money i felt.
