Hotel Five Elements

At the time of check-in i asked for late checkout and they told me 500 for 2 hours,Next day morning i got a call to confirm my late check out and was told even without i can check out till 11:30,However at 10:40 the manager called me downstairs and asked me get out at exactly 11, quite sternly and bit rudeThe front reception guy is polite but not very competentThe manager is very disrespectful and no idea how to behave in hospitality industryThe housekeeping staff & security are nice and helpful, and i tipped them accordinglyWould never stay here ever again, wouldn't recommend to anyone as well

The next morning, I received a call confirming my late checkout and was informed I could check out by 11:30 without extra charge. However, at 10:40, the manager called me downstairs and firmly, somewhat rudely, told me to leave exactly by 11. The front desk staff is polite but lacks competence. The manager was very disrespectful and seemed unaware of proper hospitality behavior. The housekeeping and security staff were kind and helpful, and I tipped them accordingly. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The response from the staff is not good Service has been delayed, for basic amenities also

We booked Five Elements Hotel for an overnight stay.The rooms were average, with basic bedding and blanket arrangements. Essential toiletries were provided, although they appeared to be from older stock.However, the complimentary buffet breakfast was excellent and definitely the highlight of our stay.If you are planning a short stay and value a good breakfast, I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed one night at Five Elements Hotel. The rooms were standard, featuring simple bedding and blankets. Basic toiletries were available but seemed to be from an older batch. The free buffet breakfast, however, was outstanding and the best part of our visit. For a brief stay where a quality breakfast matters, I suggest this hotel.
