Four Points by Sheraton Visakhapatnam

What an experience!!!We booked a 4 night stay for 3 families and enjoyed to the fullest.The thing that stands out at Four Points is the service. Whether it is the front office staff at the reception, or room cleaning or at the restaurant, they all were beating each other on service quality.It’s hard for me remember all the great service and the people behind, but starting from Sai Lakshmi at the reception, Sravan and Nayak at the restaurant and Mr. Mohan, and several others at the restaurant and front office who have gone over and above to make the service experience great. I would have loved to cite more people but don’t remember the names.The most important part of our stay, the food was simply amazing. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel all the days and after every meal, we walked out thinking that we over ate again. The fantastic food was matched by service and speed. The staff is very child friendly as well and accommodated all our requests.The location is close to shopping mall as well.This is one of the best hotels to stay in Vizag and we will stay here again if we come next time.

Good hotel with humble & great staff. I went to Vizag with my husband & 2.5 yrs. Old baby and during my 3 days stay at the hotel, I found the staff very supportive and kind. Special thanks to Chef Hamid (who prepared the food for my kid, as desired), Mr. Rocky, Ms. Sangita, Ms. Sagarika, Ms. Shreya (all from the restaurant staff) and Akhil bhaiya (from housekeeping staff) for their hospitality and great great service. I really appreciate their effort. Special thanks & love from my kid to all the staff of the hotel.

this is an excellent place. Everything is clean. Even the bath towel is light so that there is no weight, they’re making it difficult for you to wipe. Housekeeping service was excellent. Bed and pillow comfort was excellent. Luxury as well as value for money.

Nice experience. Beautiful atmosphere. Nice Hospitality. Staff were nice there. Food was really tasty. Sangita were well deserved for conveyance the variety of dishes and also She impressed us.
