Zero cleaning they will provide complementary things once only . rooms and bathrooms are smelling bad

This is a very old hotel but Agoda certified it as 2025 build which is insane as I blindly trusted Agoda brand and booked this assuming it was build in 2025. I checked into a suite room. The TV was not working, Door lock was not working. They moved to a different room and even there TV was not working, Again they moved us to different room where it was not cleaned shower door not closing, unclean towels etc. Please AVOID this hotel even they give for FREE.

Highly recommended for families as well as business or leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great service without breaking the bank.I recently completed a wonderful 5-day stay here with my family, including younger kids. We booked a Corporate Room and were upgraded to a Suite Room due to availability without any additional charges. The upgrade was handled seamlessly, and the kids loved the welcome addition of a bathtub in the suite. A huge plus is that the photos on the website are a 100% accurate reflection of the actual rooms—what you see is exactly what you get.What I Loved:• Family-Friendly Flexibility: Pushpa and Mohan at the reception deserve a special mention. Even though we checked in late at 11:00 PM with tired children, they handled everything quickly and professionally. Furthermore, they were kind enough to accommodate a late check-out by 1 to 2 hours, which made packing up with young kids so much easier. They are excellent communicators and highly customer-focused.• Perfect Central Location: The hotel is exceptionally well-located in the center of the city. It is incredibly convenient to access, being close to both the railway station and the bus stand—a major advantage when traveling with family.• Outstanding Security Staff: The security team at the gate went above and beyond. They were outstanding in providing local guidance, giving accurate directions to nearby hospitals (essential peace of mind when traveling with kids), and recommending the best local places to eat.• Budget-Friendly: The pricing is highly competitive, offering excellent value for the facilities and location provided.Areas for Improvement:• Service Turnaround Time:While the overall stay was excellent, the service speed could be slightly faster. There were minor delays when addressing issues related to the Wi-Fi connectivity and when requesting standard amenities like bath towels or the tea-making kettle kit. When traveling with younger children, prompt service is extra helpful, so streamlining this would make the guest experience flawless.Final Verdict: 9/10. Aside from the minor delay in room service requests, the staff's flexibility and the family-friendly environment made our stay highly comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a horrible one-night stay at Hotel LJ Grand. The first room had bed bugs/mites, and I had to order a bed-bug repellent myself. Despite requesting a room change, I got another room only around 11 PM, for which I paid an additional 500.Unfortunately, the second room was also unhygienic—the towels were dirty and brown/discoloured, and the toilet had not been cleaned and still contained waste from the previous guest. I also requested a 4:30 AM wake-up call, which the hotel completely failed to provide. Luckily, I woke up on my own and my parents also called me.I understand this is a budget hotel, but low price is no excuse for poor hygiene and basic service failures. Clean beds, clean towels, a properly cleaned toilet, and a requested wake-up call are the bare minimum. Very disappointing experience and definitely not recommended.
