Abhayaa Hotel

We stayed here for two nights...Worst Worst rooms...Stinking toilet, dump air condition, full with fungus overall room.Dirty bedsheets and pillow cover.No room coffee maker/hot kettle and tea available. Charges quite heavily.Not even allowed to check out by and hour.Staff is not helpful, need to follow up for water bottle.not prefer or refer to stay here...yes in in center of Square Infront Bus depot but noisy roads will disturb you.

I had to stay in this hotel for a night and that night was one of the worst. The hotel has multiple issues that can be addressed.. but, seemed like they never tried to do it.First of all, when i visited in the last week of Dec 2025, the hotel was renovating. The corridor has flooring issues. The room was full of stains. I stayed in room 211.The stinky smell in the room was truly disgusting, in addition to that they sprayed some cheap jasmine flavored room freshener, which was terrible. I could not breathe freely. If I opened the window doors, mosquitoes were coming. So, I had to live with this smell.The second issue was lighting. No proper lighting. The room has 4 ceiling lights. 2 of them light in white and the remaining 2 in half white. This resulted in the worst visual appeal.Third issue was with the wash room. The size is small for what they are charging. It could be maintained cleaner.Another very major issue is with the mattress. They offer a spring mattress, which is the worst mattress you can imagine. The moment you sit, your bottom almost touches the bottom of a 12 inch mattress. If you sleep, you will almost sink into the mattress. I called the reception at midnight and asked about a mattress unrequested for an extra Mattress that can be laid on the floor.The last and most disgusting thing is maintenance. They charged about 2625 for a day and the room had dust at the corners of walls, inside the cupboard, on the table. The worst thing is the towels they offer. Forget about using them for cleaning your face or body, you can't even think of using them as floor mats.They are situated just opposite to the RTC complex and might have a lot of population coming in regularly. That confidence might be one of the reason why they are like this. But things should change.

It was under renovation and they were renovating their restaurant and there was no food.

The room was dirty, the toilets smelled horrible, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. The restaurant was closed, forcing us to order food from outside. When I gave staff water bottles and cool drinks that I personally bought to store in the fridge, they later demanded payment for those same items’completely unacceptable behavior.The location is hard to find, parking was full so we had to park outside, and the amenities were basic and disappointing. There is absolutely nothing ’Grand’ about this place. Poorly managed, unhygienic, and not worth the money. Do not stay here.

Rooms are not good and cockroaches are roaming on the room. There is no hygiene and cleanliness.
