1. This is the worst 5-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The bathroom was very dirty with white stains everywhere. The rooms felt suffocating. 2. I reserved a room with a balcony, but they assigned us a room on the 4th floor instead. When I requested a room change due to my suffocation problem, they falsely claimed no balcony rooms were available. 3. We booked for 2 adults and 1 child, yet toiletries and bathing items were only set up for one person. After calling, they only provided a bathrobe for one individual. 4. The service was extremely poor and disappointing.
