The experience was completely unacceptable.The location shown on the Agoda app was different from the actual location of the property. We also tried contacting the hotel staff, but they were not answering our calls.When we finally reached the property, the condition of the room was very poor. The bedsheet had multiple visible stains, and the bathroom was dirty and unhygienic. When we requested a fresh bedsheet, the staff refused to provide an exchange.Due to these unacceptable and unhygienic conditions, we did not stay at the property and had to leave immediately.We also tried contacting Agoda customer support, but the customer care number was not working and we received no assistance from either Agoda or the hotel staff.Since the accommodation was not as advertised and was not in a condition suitable for staying, I request a full refund of the booking amount.Please treat this as an urgent complaint and process my refund at the earliest. I can provide photographs/videos and other evidence of the condition of the property if required.I expect Agoda to investigate this matter and provide a full refund.
