We had an amazing time here! The room was clean, roomy, and very cozy, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The food and room service were excellent—everything came fresh, hot, and delicious. Each meal we tried surpassed what we expected. Special thanks to Ms. Jahnavi, who made our visit truly memorable with her warmth, attentiveness, and friendly nature. Her professionalism and helpfulness made us feel completely at ease. Many thanks to the whole staff, especially Jahnavi, for their outstanding efforts. We will surely return and highly suggest this hotel to others!

I recently stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. Its location is convenient, and the staff are friendly and efficient, with good food offered. However, the rooms tell a different story. The rooms, lobby, and restaurants feel very outdated, as if from another time, and clearly need renovation. We stayed in a suite (room 207), but the air conditioning didn't work despite our complaints. The bath and bed linens were in poor condition and should have been replaced long ago. Some electrical switches and the room clock were also not functioning. The biggest issue was the number of mosquitoes inside the room; they were visible everywhere, even in the bathroom. One afternoon, when we returned, the corridor floor was being polished with a wet, slippery substance covering the entire area, which was concerning for us senior citizens since our room was at the corridor's end. It took some careful steps to reach our door safely. It seems the hotel manages the challenging aspects of hospitality well—friendly staff, good food, and location—but the building's poor condition undermines the experience. Perhaps they don't prioritize renovations because the hotel is opposite two large hospitals, and many guests might be there for patients, distracted by other concerns. If you are sensitive to mosquitoes or dislike worn towels, you might want to reconsider staying here.

I got this restaurant on YouTube channel and I decided to go and have dinner. Today I visited this restaurant for dinner it is inside of Hotel Chandras. It was my worst experience in Visakhapatnam I order for Kadai prawns, pulka and rice. kadai prawns they made with only masala and added a very small quantity of prawns it was worse experience and staff have no interest with customer they were only doing their time pass I called a staff and show and asked bro where is prawns in this Kadai Prawns he is not interested to answer so at the end we finished and pay the bill

The rice in the kema biryani is undercooked.
