I had a very disappointing experience at Pearl Diamond Hotel, Vizag. The staff behavior was extremely unprofessional, especially Mr. Ramprasad, who is in charge of the hotel.When I arrived before my check-in time, I was asked to wait for 30 minutes. Later the staff informed me that the room category I had booked was not even available, which clearly shows poor coordination and management. Surprisingly, the person in charge did not even remember which room was allocated to the customer.Since I had no other option at that time, I proceeded with the check-in. However, the situation became worse after entering the room. The room was extremely dark, most lights were not working, and there was no hot water available. This was completely unacceptable for a hotel stay.Additionally, the hotel property itself is outdated, and the interiors are poorly maintained. The lobby and walking areas felt crowded and disorganized, almost like a function was going on with staff moving around constantly.Overall, this stay was a big disappointment, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Vizag.

Diamond Pearl Hotel, Visakhapatnam gave us a truly pleasant stay.The ambience was calm, clean, and very welcoming.The rooms were comfortable and well maintained.The staff were polite, helpful, and professional.The food was delicious and full of rich taste.Every meal was served with care and quality.Overall, the stay was relaxing and memorable.It is a hotel that we will gladly recommend to others.

Location is good which near to railway station and RK beach.breakfast options are good.I've ordered chicken biryani for dinner which is absolutely good.I had bas experience regarding service as the landline is not working and even after multiple reminders issue not rectified.

Rooms are okay, it is better to directly reach out to them rather than third party websites like this platform, as these sites charge commission.The only disappointment is breakfast buffet is not worth. They provide very minimal options during breakfast.Also one additional note:- I have added an add-on in this platform for 10% off on food and drinks, where as this addon has never been applied during my bill for lunch buffet. It is also mentioned by receptionist that these kind of add on's are for this platform sales but not applicable in hotel. Seems there is a mismatch on what we see in this platform service and what is actually available.Overall, its a quite place and in city centre, recommended to stay. But just reachout directly to the reception via call to book a room rather than using third party websites.( it will save you 1k rupees atleast)
