Location is good which near to railway station and RK beach.breakfast options are good.I've ordered chicken biryani for dinner which is absolutely good.I had bas experience regarding service as the landline is not working and even after multiple reminders issue not rectified.

Rooms are okay, it is better to directly reach out to them rather than third party websites like this platform, as these sites charge commission.The only disappointment is breakfast buffet is not worth. They provide very minimal options during breakfast.Also one additional note:- I have added an add-on in this platform for 10% off on food and drinks, where as this addon has never been applied during my bill for lunch buffet. It is also mentioned by receptionist that these kind of add on's are for this platform sales but not applicable in hotel. Seems there is a mismatch on what we see in this platform service and what is actually available.Overall, its a quite place and in city centre, recommended to stay. But just reachout directly to the reception via call to book a room rather than using third party websites.( it will save you 1k rupees atleast)

I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The property appears decent in photos, but the reality is quite different. The room I was given had a strong musty odor, and the cleanliness standards were well below expectations. The bedsheets and towels seemed reused, and the bathroom fittings were old, leaking, and poorly maintained.As a business traveler, I needed a quiet and comfortable place to rest and work, but the noise from the corridor and air conditioner made it nearly impossible to sleep or focus. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable throughout my stay, which was extremely inconvenient since I had online meetings to attend.The staff were unresponsive and lacked basic professionalism. Even simple requests, such as for clean towels or bottled water, took an unreasonable amount of time. Breakfast was poorly organized and of very low quality.Overall, this hotel fails to meet even basic standards of comfort and service expected by business guests. I would not recommend it for anyone traveling for work ’ there are far better, cleaner, and more reliable options available in the area.

Wrt tiffin buffet the room was filled with smoke n ambience was avg not worth for a family dine in and also not maintained clean’. Could increase the buffet price and maintain some standards like how it had long time before

I booked this hotel for a reception event and had a very disappointing experience.’Customer Service: Extremely poor. They tried to add nearly ’20,000 extra to the final bill, which felt like a clear attempt to dodge the agreed terms. I’d strongly recommend keeping a written record of all prices and discussions to avoid surprises.’Food Quality: The restaurant food was decent, but during the actual reception event, the quality dropped drastically. The non-veg dishes ( Mutton and Prawns ) were especially bad ’ it seems they can only maintain taste in small quantities, not for larger gatherings.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for hosting big events. They lack both professionalism and consistency in food quality.
