We had a wonderful dinner experience. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared’every dish tasted amazing and was served hot.A special mention to Mr. Bankesh and budhi and Jagdish, who took exceptional care of us throughout the evening. They were polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable at all times. Their service truly elevated our dining experience.

I visited at Hotel Lilac (Soul Veg Restaurant) . We ordered food with starters. Ambience was very cool. We ordered food like Sizzler, honey chilli potato, nawabi malai kofta, garlic naan, soup, and apart from all the food items, want to give you specially best review for Rara Soya Chaap. The staff and service was very good. Prices also very less according to venue and food quality. Staff bhagwan singh ji and other one (forgot the name) behaviour was very good...Ms. Geeta behaviour and nature was very politely and she given best service and fast service in the Soul Restro. I will recommend to everyone, who live in kota please visit once.

I understand that restaurants may have their own pet policies, and I respect that. However, my small pet was safely inside a bag, and I politely asked if one person could briefly wait in the lobby area along woth pet. Unfortunately, that was not allowed, and I was asked to wait outside in the heat, which was quite uncomfortable. Clear communication of such policies and a more considerate approach would really help improve the customer experience.Additionally, I had an uncomfortable experience with the staff insisting that I leave a review. They were forcefully asking me to give a rating and even tried to take my phone to submit a 5-star review themselves. This felt very unprofessional and inappropriate, as reviews should always be voluntary and based on genuine customer experience.The place itself seemed nice, but these situations negatively impacted my overall impression. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and improves both transparency and customer service.
