Lotus Ananta Elite Kota

Overall good property

Some staff members are completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I asked them to turn on the TV during my 2-day stay, but no one checked the TV despite me asking 3-4 times. The rooms are large but the interior feels more like a function hall and is not impressive for a brand like Ananta. The breakfast options are very limited, and I didn't notice the quality expected from a 4-star hotel or resort. Instead of hot water, only normal water was available in the bathroom, and despite asking, no moisturizer was provided. There were no hand towels or floor mats, and even disposable slippers were missing. I am very unhappy with the service and would not recommend it given the price and service quality.

We stayed at Lotus Ananta for two days and had an excellent experience. The breakfast service was particularly good, with delicious food and many buffet options. Special thanks to Mr. Parvej for looking after us and making some things special for us.
