Had a terrible experience after being charged a significant amount for just a 3-hour stay. The staff were extremely rude and handled things poorly. Mr. Jitendra at the front desk was very disrespectful to us and our guests. Overall, a very bad experience and I would rate the behavior of staff members Jitendra and Vikash very poorly. They need to learn how to properly interact with guests at the reception.

Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no staff available to assist with unloading luggage from my vehicle. Despite requesting assistance, an employee merely moved the luggage from near my car to just inside the hotel entrance and offered no further help. When I requested valet parking, I was informed that the service was unavailable.Consequently, I was compelled to drive my own vehicle into the basement parking. Upon parking, I discovered that the lift access from the basement had been locked by the hotel authorities and the exit gate leading towards the lift was shut. There was no signage, no staff member present, and no guidance whatsoever. After spending time searching for a way to access the lift, I was eventually informed by an individual present there that I would have to walk back via the same vehicle ramp through which my car had entered the basement.Having returned to the reception, I questioned the front desk executive regarding the absence of luggage assistance and valet services. I was informed that after 6:00 PM these services are not provided.Thereafter, after completing the check-in formalities and submitting our identification documents, we were compelled to carry all our luggage ourselves to the fourth floor, despite being paying guests at a hotel operating under the Lemon Tree brand.
