The rooms are in urgent need of proper maintenance and deep cleaning. I was extremely disappointed to find cockroaches in both the bedroom and bathroom, which is a major hygiene issue that needs immediate attention.’On a positive note, the restaurant was a highlight. The food was really good including breakfast buffet. Restaurant atmosphere was nice, and the service staff were polite and attentive.

About three months ago, I stayed at this hotel for 4’5 days with my Shih Tzu. At that time, the staff had absolutely no problem with my dog. In fact, they even fed her and carried her upstairs to my room. So I know for a fact that pets were allowed during my previous stay.Then, around 16’18 July, I called again to book a room. I was told that all rooms were unavailable because the owner had a function. However, every major booking website was clearly showing available rooms. It honestly felt like they were making excuses because I had a pet.Today (20 July), I called once again to make a booking with my dog, and this time I was told, "Sir, pets are not allowed." When I reminded them that I had stayed in the same hotel with my dog just three months ago, one of the staff members confidently said, "Sir, I've been working here for five years. I know exactly who is allowed and who isn't. No dogs have ever been allowed here." That statement was simply false because I have personally stayed there with my dog for several days.What shocked me even more was that after speaking to someone else, they asked me, "Will any female be staying with you?" I honestly don't understand what that has to do with booking a room or bringing a pet. It was an unnecessary and completely unprofessional question.The staff seem completely unaware of their own hotel policies, or they keep changing their answers depending on the customer. Every time I call, I get a different excuse. This kind of dishonest, inconsistent, and unprofessional behaviour is extremely disappointing. I expected much better service from a hotel.Another thing that really bothered me was being asked, "Will any female be staying with you?" I honestly don't understand why that question was necessary. As a guest, I'm happy to provide valid ID and follow all hotel rules. Beyond that, my personal company is not something the staff should be questioning in this manner.If the hotel has a specific policy regarding additional guests, simply explain the policy professionally. There is no need to ask personal questions that make guests feel uncomfortable. The staff should focus on following clear hotel policies instead of asking unnecessary questions or giving different answers to different customers.Overall, the behaviour was unprofessional, inconsistent, and left a very poor impression.
