Hello Everyone! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. It was particularly special because it was my son's first visit from the UK to India, and this hotel made our trip even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Rajneesh for his excellent care, professionalism, and kindness throughout our stay. He went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect for us. We also want to sincerely thank Chef Sunil and Vikash for the delicious meals and outstanding service. Each dish was beautifully crafted and truly enjoyable. Many thanks to the entire Food & Beverage team and all the hotel staff for their dedication, friendly demeanor, and excellent service. Everyone made us feel comfortable and at home. We deeply appreciate the hard work of the whole team. This was an amazing experience that we will always cherish. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional hospitality and a memorable stay. We look forward to returning.

We are very frustrated and disappointed with the service. There is just one waiter serving all 12 guests, so we have to keep asking for everything. Because only one waiter is managing all the tasks, our experience is suffering. Additionally, during dinner, one of the AC units has been turned off, making the cooling insufficient and the environment uncomfortable. Overall, we are very unhappy with the experience.
