Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Misconduct, Substandard Service, Incorrect Billing, and Non-Refund of Booking AmountDear Sir/Madam,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel.The hotel staff were uncooperative, and the service provided was highly unsatisfactory. Their conduct was rude and unprofessional. Additionally, I was not permitted to have any visitors in my room, which caused considerable inconvenience.Due to the poor service and unacceptable behavior, I decided to check out of the hotel. Upon informing the staff of my decision, I was instructed to leave the premises immediately, and no attempt was made to address or resolve my concerns.I had already paid the full booking amount; however, despite my early departure due to the unsatisfactory service, no refund has been issued. I consider this to be unjust, particularly given the hotel’s failure to provide the agreed level of service.Furthermore, I requested a proper invoice for my stay; however, I was provided with an invoice dated 20 August 2026, while the current date was 19 August 2026. This indicates that the invoice was generated with a future date prior to the completion of the day-end closing process. I request clarification on how an invoice could be issued with a future date, as this raises serious concerns regarding the accuracy and integrity of the billing process.I kindly request you to investigate this matter, arrange a full refund of the amount paid, and issue a corrected and valid invoice. I also request appropriate action to be taken regarding the staff’s unprofessional behavior, lack of cooperation, poor service standards, and irregular billing practices to ensure that other guests do not face similar issues in the future.I look forward to your prompt and fair resolution of this matter.***
