The White Roots Hotel

My review is entirely based on my personal experience at The White Roots during my birthday celebration. Any talk about discounts is irrelevant since my feedback focuses on the services during the event. The issues I mentioned remain unchanged: the banquet hall's AC was insufficient, causing discomfort for many guests due to the heat, and the food quality was below expectations. When I brought these concerns to Mr. Shailesh, instead of responding professionally, the discussion escalated into an unnecessary argument. I also urge everyone to notice how Mr. Shailesh handles genuine customer feedback. Feedback is meant to help businesses improve and should be treated with respect, whether positive or negative. Maybe it was my error to select The White Roots for such an important event. I've learned from this and will make a better choice next time. Based on my experience, I would not suggest The White Roots for parties or events.

Bilkul bhi acha experience nahi tha. Spring rolls order kiye the, lekin woh bahut zyada oily the aur bilkul bhi tasty nahi lage. Service bhi achi nahi thi aur kaafi disappointing rahi. Sirf view acha tha, baaki food quality mere nazar mein 0/5 hai. Main toh is jagah ko recommend nahi karunga.

I recently traveled from Jodhpur to Kota and chose to dine at The White Roof Restaurant. The rooftop location and the view are definitely the highlights, providing a nice ambiance and a lovely cityscape. Unfortunately, the food quality was quite disappointing and fell short of what I expected. The flavor, cooking, and overall dining experience were lacking. The service also requires a lot of improvement, as it was poorly handled. Overall, I think there are far better dining choices in Kota. While the view is nice, the food and service did not make the visit worthwhile. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
