Hotel Mandi Heights is an exceptional place. From the moment you arrive, the entire experience feels impressive and well-organized. The staff are very soft-spoken, polite, and truly helpful — always ready with a friendly smile and prompt assistance. Their professionalism and caring nature make the stay feel special and cozy. Services here are notably quick and efficient. Whether it’s check-in, room service, or any request at the restaurant or front desk, everything proceeds smoothly without unnecessary delays. The overall quality of the rooms, cleanliness, atmosphere, food, and hospitality is excellent. In summary, nearly everything about this hotel is wonderful and surpasses expectations. The only minor drawback is the location. If the hotel were located directly on a busy main highway, it would be even more convenient for travelers. However, this is not the fault of the hotel owners. The road where the hotel currently stands used to be the main highway. After the new bypass was built, traffic on this road decreased significantly. Despite the quieter location, the hotel still attracts many guests, who continue to find and book it online, showing its strong reputation and consistent quality. Overall, Hotel Mandi Heights is a great choice. The friendly staff, fast service, and excellent overall experience more than compensate for the slightly quieter location. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable, well-managed stay.

Tasty dishes and excellent service!

Had a great time during a wedding event there, and the service was good. However, the elevator got stuck once and we had to be evacuated through emergency procedures. The main lights tripped twice because of overload. They need to address these issues. Everything else was fine. The breakfast was just average.
