The rooms are well maintained and friendly staff, provided washing services for nominal pricing. One feedback to the management that there are issues with pipe fittings in the washroom, both the shower and the tap run simultaneously, and the water in the flush tank does not stop flowing unless the valve is turned off. These are fixable issues, and addressing them would help eliminate inconvenience for guests.

The location of the hotel and the facilities provided did not match the photgraphs posted, it is not a hotel, rather a house turned into hotel, with basic minimum facilities.

Our stay at The Wild Yak Mandi was excellent. The hospitality and services provided by the manager, Mr. Ghanshyam ji, and his team were truly commendable.

Good morning. We are a senior couple from Mumbai enjoying a holiday in Himachal Pradesh. Our first stop was Mandi at Hotel Wild Yak, where we stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed some great sightseeing. Then we traveled to Shangarh Shoja Jibby. On our way back, we stayed one night there before heading to Chandigarh to catch our flight. The rooms and washrooms were clean and spacious. A small team of three runs the place: Mr Ghanshyam the manager, Mr Manohar the chef, and Mr Netaram who assists them. This energetic and helpful trio provided excellent soups and lunches and helped arrange transport for us. The owners, a retired couple Mr Subhash and Mrs Dimple Malhotra, were warm and courteous.
