Hotel Manorama

The hotel stay was decent overall, but there are a few drawbacks. The rooms were clean and the basic amenities were satisfactory, however the self parking facility was quite limited and not very convenient. They have valet parking as well.Pricing is on the higher side compared to the overall experience and services offered. While the staff were courteous, the value for money could definitely be improved.The food options were also limited and overpriced, which made dining less enjoyable, especially for longer stays.It’s an average option for a short stay, but better pricing and improved parking facilities would make a big difference.

Hotel is well maintained & we got a good deal in Make my trip. Before booking I have tried to reach them directly but there is no response.Rooms were spacious. Restaurant food is good but high delay in order delivery & Buffet Break fast we need to remind them to fill the items.Parking in next building where passport office located.

*Comfortable and Fulfilling Stay*We reached Vijaywada late at night, around 9 pm, after a grueling bus journey. Holiday Inn Express - Manorama was a great place to rest and recoup. The staff called us and checked out arrival time before hand and were ready for us when we arrived. Seeing our late arrival that front desk staff and manger also approved our slightly late check out time request without any hassles. The property has been recently renovated and was quite slick, including the beautiful elevators and the cute seating nooks. The restaurant service was excellent and cooking was also decent, although the menu was fairly limited. Coming to the room, it was fairly standard but decent sized with a comfortable bed, comfortable seats, work desk, and a beautiful clothes and luggage space. The bathroom was also fully functional with amazing water pressure. Overall a super stay, and since this is a legacy hotel, every auto on the street can easily get you here without google maps. The proximity to the main sights and bus stand and railway station are also useful.PS: Did not appreciate the overeager staff man on our exit who was trying to take our luggage (in exchange for a big tip) when we clearly refused.

It was truly a pleasant experience!I found the service to be consistently good throughout my stay. We had an extremely soul satisfying stay and experience at Hotel Manorama. The hotel is under renovation(soon to be revamped as Holiday Inn) and the work is finishing at a very fast pace. We still decided to book this due to great word of mouth feedback from friends.Hotel Management, F&B teams, Housekeeping staff, even drivers and attendants showed us such warm hospitality and care that we were amazed and grateful for our decision.Senior mgmt. including Mr. Maruthi, Mr. Madhu, Head Chef Mr. Bhanuchandra, Operations staff Mr. Tony, Ms. Sathya and all the team gave us personalized attention and utmost concern towards our comfort. We had planned to visit nearby temples and received prompt assistance and guidance on same too.I was in Vijaywada for the first time but am taking back such great memories of the city and the hotel hoping I can plan for a revisit very soon in coming year. Renovation is likely to finish in next 2 weeks and would be eager to see the hotel in new vigor and energy. Can’t wait to come back. All the best to all involved in this heartwarming, enriching experience that we are taking back with us. Thank you!
