Cocoroaches in all three rooms Initially 3305 room door was not locking and the same provided to us without checking. Hot water was unavailable throughout our stay. Electricity gone in midnight and they didn’t turn on the generator until I called them up and informed. Parking was very congested. Hotel staff were polite enough and they tried to assist but the problems are at management level.

Family • India • Sep 2026very bad experience no parking or proper approach road and some bachelors had a booze party as same floor as ours and the whole hallway is smelly and even after asked to change the room they dis not respond and miding at 12.30 am some one rang the door bell ,i did'nt open and called reception and they simply said the room boy mistakenly rang the bell instead of opposite room and main thing is there are no laches or tower bolts inside the room for safty ,i havent slept the whole night thinking someone drunk might enter the room,worst experiance of my life

Very Disappointing Experience at Sky Ridge HotelI had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Sky Ridge Hotel.From the moment we woke up in the morning, the hotel staff repeatedly reminded us that check-out time was 11:00 AM. They told us this more than 10 times, which was extremely irritating and made us feel uncomfortable.The situation became even worse when we were leaving to visit the temple. A staff member actually ran towards our car and knocked on the car door just to remind us again that our check-out time was 11:00 AM.We were already aware of the check-out time and had no intention of overstaying. There was absolutely no need to repeatedly remind guests in such an intrusive manner, especially when they were leaving the property.A hotel stay should feel comfortable, respectful and welcoming, but this experience made us feel as though we were being constantly pressured to leave.Very disappointing customer service. I hope the management understands that politely informing guests about check-out once is sufficient. Repeatedly disturbing guests and even stopping them at their car is not acceptable hospitality.Overall: Not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
