No wifi, Not a proper breakfast, No room service, and not a clean place. Poor maintenance and Staff is not supportive.
Stayed with family for two nights. While the property is in a prime location, the overall maintenance was quite disappointing. The bedsheets appeared old and worn, and there was some confusion regarding the complimentary breakfast, which was not clearly communicated. Cleanliness was also a concern, as we noticed cockroaches, flies, and mosquitoes during our stay. Fortunately, we had brought our own repellents. Overall, it was not a satisfactory experience, and I would not recommend this property.
Couldn’t understand how they got 4.5 rating!- Rooms are NOT maintained properly- Dirty & stinking bedsheets, pillows- No Room Service- Small Bathrooms (but clean)- Dark corridorsCannot recommend for families. They are not willing to acknowledge the feedback also. For the price they charged, it’s not worth. Location is the only advantage.
