The stay was disappointing due to poor response from the hotel staff regarding an AC issue in our room. We had to make multiple calls to the reception before anyone came to check the problem, and it took nearly 2’3 hours for the issue to be attended to.Since we were traveling with kids, the delay made the experience quite uncomfortable, especially as the weather was humid and the room became unpleasant without proper cooling. While the issue was eventually addressed, the slow response significantly affected our stay. I hope the hotel improves its maintenance and guest support services.

The Grand Mehfil is one of the popular places to stay in Amravati. However, the reception seating area was covered with pigeon droppings, which created a poor first impression.The rooms were decent, but the most uncomfortable aspect was the mattress, and the quality of the toilet paper was very poor.They did serve a decent breakfast.Overall, I would rate it 3 stars.

It's nice place to celebrate but food is not that good according to prices. If you want to make party then vibe is good but not the service. They just save their food by not serving to you. Your party will be short of every thing you ordered.
