Hotel Menino

This is by far the worst hotel/venue ever. Recently attended a function at the world trade center by minino. They didnt even have decent washrooms. And the kitchen hygiene was super bad. Both the kitchen and washrooms smelt and looked filthy. The entrance to the hall was pathetic. Please do not keep your parties at this venue. And the food offered by them was horrific. Uncooked rice and most of the items had no taste at all. Totally not worth it. I do not recommend anyone to hire this place or eat at their hotel.

Visited there for dinner. Ordered paneer Tika and chapati. It was ok but not as good as traditional punjabi.

I never seen worst staff in my life when we ordered for food or breakfast in 1hour when we follow up on our order the staff ask us who took the orders even don’t know to take orders or speaking with the customer’ this is totally bullshit and disgusting

Pathetic ’’,Rooms are not clean many cockroaches are occupied already, service also not good... they said complimentary breakfast,but giving only bread with butter no jam..,....i suggest u all, don't go this area

I recently stayed at your property, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I feel compelled to share this feedback so necessary improvements can be made and to alert other potential guests.1.Lack of Clarity During Booking:The listing did not clearly mention whether the rooms were AC or non-AC. The photos online were misleading’especially those featuring a swimming pool and modern interiors, none of which were present in reality.2.Poor Room Conditions:’The interiors were in poor condition and emitted a bad odor.’Rooms were not clean: dirty blankets, stained bedsheets, and no basic amenities like dental kits or kettles.’There was no WiFi service, contrary to what was advertised.3.Unhygienic and Unsafe Environment:’Individuals were smoking and drinking openly in the corridors, making it feel unsafe, especially for families.’The room opposite ours had guests openly drinking with the door wide open’no hotel staff intervened.4.Terrible Parking Facilities:’There is no proper parking available for four-wheelers, and guests are left to struggle in a chaotic situation.5.Bathroom & Cleanliness:’Washrooms were poorly maintained and unhygienic.6.Restaurant Service:’Service was unbearably slow. It took over 3 hours just to have lunch.’When we ordered tea but had to step out briefly, the receptionist warned that we would be charged again if it got cold’completely unreasonable.7.Better Alternatives Nearby:’We observed that the FabHotel Shakti Palace next door offered far superior service and ambiance at the same price range.Due to these issues, we could not rest properly during our stay and felt misled by the online listing. I urge the management to take immediate action to improve the facilities and the honesty of your listings.
