Quiet swimming pool

Located conveniently near Dabholim airport and Verna industrial area. The hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere with green surroundings, along with gym and swimming pool facilities on site. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, the wifi connection is unstable and there are frequent power outages, though backup power is provided.

Firstly, this hotel falls short of Marriott's usual standards! The room and furniture were outdated, and the bathroom desperately needed repairs. The balcony of the room was also not accessible. Unfortunately, there were recently renovated rooms available, but the staff chose to assign us an old room, which spoiled our stay. Secondly, the front desk staff were almost rude in their behavior. As a lifetime Gold Elite member, I didn't feel welcomed. The woman at the front desk refused to give us breakfast because we booked the room with Bonvoy points. When I asked to speak to her manager, she ignored me. I couldn't understand their front desk staff's attitude—this was a very poor experience and not what I expect from a Marriott hotel. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This resort does not meet the hospitality and standards expected from Fern and Marriott, so don't be misled by the name. It is suitable for weddings, family gatherings, or small corporate events. The location is close to Dabolim airport and Vasco Railway station, with Madgaon also nearby. Mangeshi temple is accessible if you take the ferry. The food quality is average and the service is very slow; for example, a vegetarian sandwich took 40 minutes to arrive despite the restaurant being empty. Breakfast offers a limited menu each day. The room air conditioning is quite noisy, around 56dB, which is louder than the outside noise.
