Rooms are super clean and tidy..hygienic and we'll sanitized..Bedding towels and everything was perfectly well kept and maintained.Staff is really good and cooperative.Food is expensive though but really worth it.However sometimes there is an issue of power cut.Rest its one of the best.Specially when it comes to the view.

Very good hotel. 2-3 min walk from MG MARG. Room with a mountain view is a great deal. I highly recommend it to Bangladeshi people specially.

Please do not book rooms in this hotel DIRECTLY by giving any advance as they are not respectable people. They take advance and once we ask for cancellation they stopped picking up phone and are not processing the refund. They dont honor their refund policy and keep on making excuses for not refunding. You keep calling then they will also stop picking up the phone after couple of calls as they simply dont want to refund and take away the money by such fraudulent means.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ROOM IN THIS HOTEL.We have booked two rooms (2 couples) for 3 days in this hotel but due to the Sikkim flood we cancelled our trip as North Sikkim is closed. We cancelled our booking in the hotel well within the cancellation timelines of the hotel and requested them to refund our advance amount of Rs 6000/-. It’s been almost 45 days now since we have been requesting for the refund but the owner is not paying us. He either doesn’t pick the call or says I will refund after two days but doesn’t refund. We had dropped many emails, called the hotel like 40 times and OWNER like 50 times but still he is not paying the refund amount.So, requesting everyone not to book any room in this hotel, in case your plan is cancelled don’t expect any refund from the owner.

Hotel interior was great, we received room 502, which was very spacious and equipped with adequate lightning. Great views I must say if weather permits.Clean and features equipped state of art plumbing. With 24/7 hot water geyser.Speaking about the restaurant pricing, quality and quantity its one of the best ’’ However lunch was never available during our stay.
