I stayed at Hotel Nirvana, Alibag for the second time, along with my friends, and booked three rooms.The hotel maintains excellent cleanliness, spacious rooms, and prompt service.Staff behavior is friendly and helpful, which makes the stay comfortable.A reliable and value-for-money hotel in Alibag.Strongly recommended ’?

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very cozy, and everything we needed was provided. It was quiet, nicely decorated, and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

No cleanliness, we had to get it clean again.’ No intercom in the room ’ had to go to reception repeatedly’ Commitments made during booking were denied on arrival’ Charged extra for early checkout despite a bad experience’ Staff behavior was unprofessional and discourteous’ Extra charge was justified by saying we sat at the reception before check-in, so unreasonable. We recently stayed briefly at Hotel Nirvana and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the persistent issues with service and basic amenities.From the outset, the staff's behavior was poor; there was a general lack of professionalism and courtesy. Simple requests for assistance were often met with indifference, contributing to a very unwelcoming atmosphere.The service itself was also subpar. Most concerning were the issues with the room conditions. The water supply was intermittent throughout my stay, making it difficult to use the shower or sink reliably.Additionally, there was a significant problem with mosquitoes in the room, which severely impacted the quality of my sleep and comfort.Moreover, when we wanted to check out within few hours due to water supply outage, we were asked to pay half the amount of total bill and the staff started behaving like hooligans with my family for this.Overall, the combination of bad behavior from the staff, poor service, and unacceptable room conditions (no reliable water, mosquitoes) is a clear sign to be very careful before considering Hotel Nirvana.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The team truly makes you feel at home. Clean rooms, great food, and excellent service ’ thank you for another memorable experience...
