Couple • India • Oct 2026Very very pathetic service here. No TV working, very poor wifi, no drinking water asked them several times they said we will arrange but nothing happened. No food they don't even give you cutleries if i order food from some other options. Bathrooms are too dirty. No cleaning service available. They just giving me walls and roof, remaining all are terrible. I will not check in this hotel again in my life and not even refer to anyone. They dont have any room service. Once you checked in they have no responsibilities on anything.

Location is near to Beach and other good restaurants but Housekeeping guy keeps on disturbing asking for bike to go somewhere. We have check in at 12 PM and we reached the location at 12:30 and still room was not ready after going there they ,made us wait for 45 mins to clean and then they handover the room to us but when it come to check the housekeeping guy keeps disturbing and knocking the door and telling us to check out from 11 AM we told 30 mins, we will leave but he keeps on knocking the door and disturbing us to check out, it felt too much disturbing and irritating, finally we check out 12. If you keep these kind of staffs then it is irritating for customers to come and sometimes feel unsafety, so please take some necessary action.

The room was filled with lots of dust. No bed sheet was clean. No towel was there . The bathroom was very smelly. Damage bathrooms are given especially the worker there He only tells Room is so bad. We can’t do anything else if you want to take or or else leave the room, talk about App only very bad experience about this. And also no hot water is there. Flesh is not working no network and WiFi Many more all things are full of like stains?
