Hotel O Primrose Hotel's Near Noida Sector 76 Metro Station

The hotel owner's behavior was unacceptable; he refused to provide the room at the OYO price I had already paid. However, since I had no other choice, I ended up paying him an extra 500.

Hotel ke malik se baat karne ka tareeqa bilkul theek nahi hai, koi bhi service theek nahi hai, AC bhi kaam nahi kar raha.

The service was good, and I felt completely safe and secure. The rooms were very nice, clean, and neat. It was a wonderful visit.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Although it has a 4.5 rating on Google, the service was poor. After traveling all day, I arrived at 6 PM to check in, even though the official check-in time was 11 AM, due to work and travel delays. Upon arrival, they told me there was a power outage and asked me to move to another property. When I requested a refund, they said I couldn't get it because I paid through the OYO app, not directly to them. The staff behaved rudely and pressured me to accept a room at a different location for nearly twice the price. I declined and canceled my booking. They even made comments like "Ab aur preshan hogi." This was very upsetting after a long trip, especially since I booked in advance for comfort. Luckily, the OYO app helped me get my refund, and I booked another hotel through a different app.
