Cleanliness was a major issue, with unkempt rooms that left a lot to be desired. The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing assistance, which added to the frustration. Additionally, the facilities were lacking, offering very little to enhance the stay. Overall, it didn't meet expectations at all.
