AC is not working in room, Room is like kotha(prostitute place) and no proper ceiling fan. Waste of money. Don't book this hotel from any app. They will make fool of you after booking and this app support is worse. WORST Experience

We ordered only veg food but they served non veg by mistake, and the worst part is that no one even bothered to apologize. The staff was rude and didn’t care at all. One of them even tried to include that wrong item in the bill.The place is also not clean. Tables were dirty and the whole restaurant looked unhygienic. Honestly, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a restaurant. People should really think twice before going here.

Went for a family dinner on 30th September 2025. Inside the restaurant was not at all clean. We ordered Biryani and it looked and tasted like boiled rice and some Haldi sprinkled over it. The rice quality was pathetic ( fat plain normal rice) and we could nit eat it at all. Asked one person there that we want to cancel the biriyani order but they were reluctant and didn't co-operate at all. Finally we came out without having our dinner during these Durga puja night.Totally Horrible experience....

Just a waste of time.....no cleanniness....AC was not working....tap water is completely red like a wine..they said it is because of industrial area and iron....room is so small that two persons cannot stay...also after complaining they changed my room....also why should I change why no one checked the room and AC ..Food was ok...some aged man provided room service which is also fine

Went there to the restaurant, which is good. Ordered Chinese dinner. Food was tasty and fresh. Not very authentic or umami unique, but neither bad. We enjoyed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Thank you Sher e Bengal.
