Couple • India • Sep 2026The hotel room is very dirty. I think they are not washing bedsheets properly, inside the bathroom also very bad no hygiene. I booked before 6 hrs and i reached there on 12:30 that time i informed the person with call given room us very dirty and i want to change the room at that he said there is no other option we will give you refund and you can go any other hotel. At night 12:30 where should i go for searching there. And there is no person in the reception and they did not provide room key also if we go outside we can't look room... Waste of money and time don't believe from *** photos..
