Extremely disappointing and unacceptable stay. This hotel ranks among the worst I've ever visited. The room reeked strongly of cigarette smoke and alcohol, making it uncomfortable to remain inside. The building is very old, with furniture that is outdated and badly maintained. The bed was awful—more like a floating waterbed than a comfortable place to sleep, making it hard to rest properly. I stayed during Onam and tried their Onam Sadya, but it was not worth the price at all; the food quality and taste were very poor. Overall, the cleanliness was lacking, the smell was terrible, the bed was uncomfortable, the rooms were outdated, and the food was overpriced. The whole experience was frustrating and well below what any paying guest should expect. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Save your money and pick somewhere else.

Staff not good, not supportive. Bad behavior towards online booking. Don't prefer and recommend 🙏enough bad smell cigarette lobby lift. Asking 6am to check out calling unnecessary. Don't go to this hotel. Pathetic condition
