This hotel is third class. I stayed for 3 nights. There was no room service, no food or tea, and no room cleaning. I booked a super deluxe room, but it was just ordinary. Please, don't stay here. There are other hotels nearby. Please stay at those instead.

The picture shown in the promotion while booking is fully different no tub no upper floor

Excellent location Rooms are roomy Service is acceptable

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I've had, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The room I booked was completely different from what was advertised on Agoda. The listing showed a room with both a **balcony and a bathtub**, but when I arrived, I was given a room with a balcony and **no bathtub**. To make matters worse, I was informed that the AC in that room wasn't working. When I questioned the missing bathtub, the staff admitted that the Agoda listing was incorrect and even asked me to check *** instead, saying the wrong information had been uploaded on Agoda. They then showed me another room that had a bathtub, but it was much smaller and not as good as the room I had originally booked. Since the AC in that room was working, I requested it instead. Surprisingly, they demanded extra money for the bathtub, even though it was clearly included in my Agoda booking. As I had no other option and needed a place to stay, I reluctantly paid the additional amount. The problems didn't end there. Around 7:30–8:00 PM, the electricity on my floor went out. I went out for dinner, hoping it would be fixed by the time I returned around 11:00 PM, but the power was still out. The hotel then asked me to shift to yet another room. Although that room had electricity, the AC cooling was poor, making the stay very uncomfortable.I couldn't post this review earlier because I had recently lost my job and was dealing with personal matters. Now that I finally have the time, I wanted to share my experience so others don't go through the same inconvenience. This hotel misrepresented its rooms, charged extra for amenities that were already included in my booking, and failed to provide even basic facilities like uninterrupted electricity and proper air conditioning. I expect a full refund for this unacceptable experience. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've had in Noida, and I strongly advise others to avoid staying here.
