Worst service, I don't recommend
The overall cleanliness of the room was disturbing. A very poorly maintained room for the amount we paid. Basic upkeep of the property was not ensured
I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and sadly, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've experienced. The bathroom was in poor condition with constant water leaks, a very slippery floor, and even cockroaches. It seemed like cleanliness and basic upkeep were completely ignored. The room's intercom didn't work, so I couldn't reach the front desk for help or to request simple items. On top of that, the towels were so old and worn out they looked more like cleaning cloths than fresh towels. What made things worse was the reception staff's attitude—they were rude, unprofessional, and showed little concern for guest issues. Good hospitality can often make up for small problems, but here the bad service only added to the disappointment. For a hotel aimed at business travelers, basic cleanliness, working room features, and polite service should be standard. Unfortunately, this hotel failed in all these areas. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless they make major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and staff behavior.
