THE HEATING ARRANGMENT WAS VERY POOR. WHOLE NIGHT WE WERE SHIVERUING IN COLD. THE HOTEL HEATERS WERE NOT WORKING & EXCUSE GIVEN THAT DUE TO OXYGEN SHORTAGE THEY ARE NOT OPERATING HEATERS. VERY POOR HOTEL EVEN AFTER PAYING MORE Rs.22000.00 PER NIGHT.
Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always smiling. Services were prompt and exceeded expectations. Food was also so good. Highly recommended!

Solo Traveller • Mar 2026Writing this review during my stay at the hotel.So i woke up at 1am because the room has turned into an ice cave. All heaters in my room and outside in the lobby are not functioning.Spent 15 minutes trying to call the reception and house keeping numbers, but no one picked up. AC is also not working. So i went to the ground floor from the fourth floor to talk to someone at the reception (no lift in the hotel), but all lights are turned off and there is no one in the hotel to speak to. Everybody is sleeping, first time in my life i have seen a hotel reception unattended.So helplessly, i came back to my room. And i have been trying to contact someone for the centralised heating, but no one is picking any of the telephones in the hotel.I deliberately paid a good amount for my stay, avoiding cheaper hotels around, just to not face this situation. But this hotel too has let me down. Extremely disappointed.An update on the situation:So after an hour, Mr. Imtiyaz picked up the phone and sorted the issue with the AC, after which it was comfortable.Good things about the hotel:First of all, the gentleman at the reception was kind enough to upgrade the room to luxury rooms. Thanks to him.The hotel is very clean, beautiful spacious rooms. Service is good. Location very close to Gondola.Staff at the dining area were very courteous. Food was good too.’’’’
