This resort is Worth Every Single Penny to stay !!Entire staff is courteous, really proffessional & very polite, Be it in reception or at Restaurant or at room service or at the Steam room. All of them are Jewels of this khyber resort catering you at fullest of their caliber.Coming to food, we have zero complaint, everything was really good. No dish dissappointed us.Its very near to Gandola & other activities.. lierally walking distance.The Aura, the Vibe, Decor of resort & view from rooms + main outdoor area is beyond wow..Highly recommend to visit here.. Staying here was best decision. They made us celebrate our 12th anniversary here worth a lifetime memory

I just got back from The Khyber Himalayan Resort & Spa last night after celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, and I’m still in awe of the property, the breathtaking views, the delicious food, and most of all, the warmth of the Kashmiri people ’’The resort is stunning and located extremely close to the Gulmarg Gondola station, which makes it very convenient. What truly makes the experience special is that most of the staff are local Kashmiris. It’s heartwarming to see the resort providing them employment, and it also adds such a genuine, homely touch to your stay, as they are so well-versed with everything local.We had all our meals at Clove Restaurant, and a special mention to Firdaus from Clove. He is warm, incredibly sweet, and always suggests the most wonderful dishes to indulge in.All in all, it was a beautiful and memorable stay at The Khyber. Can’t wait to be back!

A Magical Family Winter at The Khyber Himalayan Resort’ ’’’Staying at The Khyber Himalayan Resort & Spa during the peak winter season in January was nothing short of magical for us as a family. Wrapped in pristine white, with dreamy snowfall carpeting every corner, the resort felt like a scene straight out of a winter fairytale. Watching the snow gently fall while soaking in the breathtaking Gulmarg views was an experience we’ll cherish forever.What made it even more special was sharing it with my lovely wife and our little wanderer, who was completely mesmerised’running around in the snow with wide-eyed wonder, building memories as pure as the surroundings themselves. The joy on a child’s face seeing snowfall for the first time is priceless, and The Khyber provided the perfect setting for those moments.The property truly defines luxury at its best’warm, elegant interiors, world-class amenities, and an atmosphere that balances comfort with the raw beauty of the Himalayas. The food offerings deserve a special mention: thoughtfully curated, rich in flavour, and incredibly comforting after long snowy days. Every meal felt indulgent and heartfelt.Above all, it was the hospitality that elevated the experience from great to unforgettable. The team went above and beyond, making us feel genuinely cared for. Special thanks to Mubeena, Arzu, Junaid, and Bilal for their gracious gestures, warmth, and attention to detail’they made us feel not like guests, but like family.The Khyber is not just a resort; it’s an emotion, especially in winter. Beautifully located and made. An experience unto itself ’’The hotel is well heated, the staff is lovely and the pool is everything the pictures promise. Unfortunately, maintenance needs attention: we experienced a leak in our room twice. Food’s fairly average except for Brava ’ the Italian restaurant, which was excellent!Carry your own liquor; the hotel does not serve any alcohol but they’re absolutely fine with guests enjoying their own drinks at select spots.

An Unforgettable Kashmiri Hospitality ExperienceOur stay at The Khyber Himalayan Resort & Spa, Gulmarg was truly exceptional and deeply heart touching.From the moment we arrived, Mr. Mubashir Rasheed was by our side, taking wonderful care of us and helping with everything we needed. His warmth and dedication made us feel instantly at home.A special thanks to Chef Abid, who personally asked about our food preferences and prepared meals exactly to our liking.I also observed how Mr. Arif, the Restaurant Captain, attended to all customers with genuine enthusiasm and care. He managed the restaurant beautifully while making sure every guest felt comfortable and looked after.Mr. Bilal (Senior Associate) was constantly checking on us, keeping us updated, and doing things even before we had to ask, simply by understanding our needs. That level of attentiveness truly reflects outstanding service.I must say, I genuinely experienced true Kashmiri hospitality here. The staff went above and beyond for customer satisfaction ,they will go to any extent to make guests happy. Kudos to the entire team, and especially to these amazing individuals who made our stay so memorable.Highly recommended.
