Hotel Pong View

The property may be good, but my experience with the manager was extremely disappointing. I visited late at night with my family and understand that room availability can be limited. The issue was never the availability of the room’it was the manager's attitude and behavior.He was rude, impatient, dismissive, and unwilling to even listen to our requirements. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, he spoke in an arrogant and discourteous manner, making it clear that customer service was not a priority.Room availability can be a limitation, but there is no excuse for treating potential guests with a lack of basic respect and professionalism. Based solely on my interaction with the manager, I would not recommend this property. The hospitality industry is built on courtesy and guest experience, and unfortunately, this interaction reflected neither.

Had a great stay at the hotel, came with family and it was a delight to stay here. Give great views from the rooms. Little far from city center so I'll suggest to have a cab ready. But stay wise it was really good, service is nice and food was also nice. Had breakfast on all the days of my stay and it was really tasty and hygienic. Rooms are also clean.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pong View, Dharamshala! The location is simply amazing with a breathtaking scenic valley view that made the stay even more special. The food was exceptionally tasty and truly enjoyable. They also have good parking facilities, which is very convenient. A big 5-star rating for their warm hospitality and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Pong View. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered beautiful mountain views. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Perfect location with easy access to nearby attractions. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dharamshala ’ truly a memorable experience!
