Pleasant atmosphere Helpful employees Worth the price

Most things are manageable and minor issues can be adapted to, but dishonesty and broken promises are unacceptable. They guaranteed us the room for the following night after our first stay, yet the next day, while we were out touring, they contacted us to find alternative accommodation. During a peak tourist period, traveling with young kids and elderly parents, this caused significant hardship and anxiety. This kind of conduct shows a total disregard for guests and a lack of fundamental human empathy.

The property may be good, but my experience with the manager was extremely disappointing. I visited late at night with my family and understand that room availability can be limited. The issue was never the availability of the room’it was the manager's attitude and behavior.He was rude, impatient, dismissive, and unwilling to even listen to our requirements. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, he spoke in an arrogant and discourteous manner, making it clear that customer service was not a priority.Room availability can be a limitation, but there is no excuse for treating potential guests with a lack of basic respect and professionalism. Based solely on my interaction with the manager, I would not recommend this property. The hospitality industry is built on courtesy and guest experience, and unfortunately, this interaction reflected neither.
