We visited for marriage function.We stayed at room 101 which was of good size, even at front it was peaceful and got sound sleep. Clean toilets and reasonable spread at breakfast
Dear Pratham Hotel Management,I would like to share my disappointment regarding the service we experienced during our recent visit.We have been old customers of Pratham, and previously I had even booked the entire hotel for a family function. Because of our past experience, we had high expectations from the hotel.However, this time the reception staff’s behaviour was quite rude and uncooperative. We had requested the staff to arrange/manage tea for our guest, who was an MLA, but instead of helping or finding a solution, we were repeatedly told things like “No,” “We can’t,” “We don’t allow it,” etc.We understand that hotels have their own rules and limitations, but customer service is also about communication, cooperation and finding possible solutions. A simple and polite “Let me check what I can do for you” would make a huge difference.We are not expecting special treatment, but as regular customers, we expect the staff to be respectful, approachable and willing to assist guests rather than simply refusing requests.I sincerely hope the management will take this feedback positively and improve the reception staff’s communication, attitude and customer service. We would like to continue our association with Pratham, but we also expect our future experiences to be better.Thank you, and I hope you will look into this matter seriously.
I have visited with my senior citizen parents for 2 days. Friday was good but on Saturday night there was a DJ party going on In Hotels Basement. We could not sleep till 2.30 am as the there is continous loud noise & vibrations in our room. ( 2nd Flr. )I have informed the Hotel several times even at 2.00am but nothing happened.We had to catch morning 6.05 vande bharat & we could not sleep the whole night.The hotel should really think whether they should organize such late night parties or not. People call The hotel is one of the good hotel in Solapur so we have booked but we had bad experience.
