Property is good and in the main city easily accessible. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff is polite, kind and very helpful. Food options available nearby. Overall a wonderful stay altogether.

Overall it was very bad experience to us.The room service was not done and the basic toileteries were also not provided. The AC was not properly working and the remote was not replaced with a functional one. When reported it was attended with least attention. The bed sheets were not changed and the bathroom was not cleaned daily. Inspite of all these bad experience it was heard with utmost neglect. Receptionist lady was so arrogant that the mistake was not at all admitted. Never recommend this place for stay.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist and manager were unprofessional and unhelpful, which set a negative tone for our stay. Basic amenities were not provided’there were no towels in the room, and essential toiletries were missing, which is unacceptable for any hotel.What was even more frustrating was the inconsistency in pricing. When we called in advance, we were quoted a certain rate for the extra bed, but upon arrival, they charged a completely different (higher) price without any proper explanation.Overall, the lack of basic facilities, poor service, and misleading information made this stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this place to others.

I had a very bad experience during my stay. There were no remotes provided for the AC, which made it extremely inconvenient. Room service was not done even once throughout my stay, which is completely unacceptable.The staff’s attitude was also very disappointing’especially the receptionist, who was quite rude and unhelpful. On top of all this, the rooms are overpriced for the kind of service they provide.Overall, very poor service and not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
