This is not a 3-star hotel. Very bad experience.The bathroom shower was not working. Before allocating the room to customers, they should properly check all facilities. Toiletry items were also not kept in the room, while they were provided in other rooms. When we asked about it, they simply said it was missed from their end and asked us to request separately.Very disappointing service and poor room maintenance.Last time I booked via booking app it's very good but via Agoda not good.
The room condition was fine, but the ceiling light was flickering.
