Unclean rooms, faulty AC and poor service

Staying here was a complete nightmare. Before we even arrived, the on-call response from the staff was incredibly rude and hostile when they called to ask if we were checking in. To make matters worse, there is no free Wi-Fi offered, which is pathetic for a hotel today.Once we checked in, things got even nastier. The room smelled absolutely disgusting, and the hot water facility was totally non-existent, so we couldn’t even wash off the filth. When we asked for an extra bed—and explicitly told them we would pay for it—the lazy staff refused, gave us some pathetic excuse about it being "in the laundry," and said they couldn't do anything about it.Breakfast was an absolute scam. We sat down at the downstairs restaurant only to be told no complimentary food for online bookings—a complete bait-and-switch. When we asked for basic coffee or tea, they refused to serve us because the "master" who prepares the coffee was on leave! Unbelievable. The rest of the clueless staff doesn't even know how to make a basic cup of coffee. They literally told us to leave the hotel and get coffee outside. Total scam, foul-smelling rooms, broken amenities, zero free Wi-Fi, and clueless, aggressive staff. Do not spend a single cent here.

In total, we paid an extra 3000 for 3 rooms. Please verify the amount and details carefully before booking this room.
