Booking ID 2046758565 - Stay: 28-30 Sep 2026Room was average and ok for temple visit. But restaurant service needs improvement.I have a simple diet - only 75g plain moong dal thick paste + curd. I requested plain boiled dal, thick, without oil/masala. Staff were hesitant and made faces. I was billed Rs.200 as Dal Fry, but I received very watery dal from existing stock, not thick paste and not Dal Fry. I had to filter it myself in room.In business terms, Dal Fry is value-add product. Plain dal is raw material. Charging value-add price for value-less product is not fair, especially for a staying guest in a temple town like Srirangam. Being too commercial for a small request is disappointing. Hospitality should be more flexible.
