As I was inside the temple, I couldn’t answer the hotel’s call. Instead of showing basic understanding or communicating politely, the staff checked us out and moved our luggage to reception without our consent.The arrogant manner in which the checkout was handled made an already uncomfortable situation even more distressing, especially while travelling with an infant. A little courtesy and professional communication would have made all the difference.I expected much better from a reputed brand like Lemon Tree. Think twice before booking if you value respectful treatment and genuine hospitality. This experience has seriously damaged my impression of the brand.

Great location pleasant stay breakfast spread was good , I saw Chef Murali interacting with guests during breakfast- taking feedback. Staff attentive. Check in checkout smooth . Room was spacious . Aircon working . Room and washroom are clean

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
