I chose this hotel based on recommendations but was let down by their service. Upon entering and approaching reception, there was no usual greeting you expect at other hotels. They offered a glass of juice just to keep me waiting while they searched for a room. The operations manager was very rude; he didn’t even look at me while speaking, busy with his Bluetooth EarPods, and didn’t respond to me at all. I booked three rooms in mid-July, a month before check-in on August 21, through their website, requesting rooms next to each other. To my surprise, the manager was hastily assigning rooms randomly, ignoring my advance booking. I wanted adjacent rooms to be close to my elderly parents. He argued that rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. One room he gave me had a non-working key, and I waited an hour for them to fix it. Worse, that room was right next to a busy bridge leading to a junction, making it very noisy. I asked for another room but was told all were booked. Eventually, housekeeping informed me another standard room was available, so I asked to move there. Although I had booked deluxe rooms, I had to settle for a lower standard room with no compensation, dealing with a rude manager. I hope the owner looks into what’s happening at this once-reputable hotel and the staff’s attitude toward customers, or it may soon go out of business. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and will not return.

Located very near Tiruchirapalli Railway Junction, the reception, restaurant, and housekeeping teams provided excellent service. The room was clean and well-equipped with good facilities like air conditioning, lighting, and ample space.

A nice spot to stay with friends and family that offers reasonable rates.
