Cleaning was poor
Located in the middle of the city. We were 3 adults but the room is too small for 3 adults. While making the booking noticed that room facilities includes Refrigerator. To our surprise refrigerator was not there in the room.
As soon as I arrived the staff rushed to get my car out of lobby. The car lobby is a steep climb from the road and it's a bit fearful everytime to get in and get out. I was told the parking is full but found there were atleast 4 to 5 free parking slots and I managed to pick one.The location of the hotel is opposite to a bus depot and doesn't provide a restful feeling.The reception was quite hot and noisy. The reception might have seen better days in past but looks daunting now.As I drove a long way I ordered tra and coffee. One tea and two coffee was charged Rs.250 but were awful. Tea tasted sour like trs bags with milk powder and coffee tasted like instant. I was planning to have dinner but changed my mind in the back of the tea experience.Then I headed to the room. The corridor was hot and sweaty as there's no air con.The room was a big disappointment. It was really small for 3 people. There was hardly any space to walk and the bed filled almost all the space. The room and bathroom was totally worn out and had a bad odour. The bathroom was really small, the tap was shaky, and every bit was worn out.I had ordered an extra bed for the third person for extra cost. That bed was provided on the floor, yes without a cot! It was thrown just on the floor! The room had insufficient lighting. There was no fridge. 2 towels were provided for 3 people. One cup and saucer was provided for 3 people to share. The room didn't have sufficient sound proof and the neighbours shouts and laughs kept us awake late into night.I was just waiting to checkout and felt so very much relieved as soon as I left the hotel.I don't think I'll visit this hotel again and will now run my due diligence when hotels like this call themselves 3 star!
